China faces enormous pressure on energy saving.Metallurgical industry is energy-hungry, many of the furnace, annealing is the key energy equipment. C412continuous annealing furnace is designed Nippon Steel Corporation’s2005production, the original design to consider a large number of energy-saving technologies in recent years, with the continuous improvement of energy management, also encountered a bottleneck. Through this research, looking for further energy saving and energy-saving breakthrough new ideas.Energy saving measures are mainly divided into technical and managerial energy saving. Energy-saving technology required capital investment, but there is a risk transformation, but significant energy saving effect; manage the daily management of energy-saving measures through energy efficiency, energy-saving effect is usually not significant, need to accumulate and continuous improvement. Both are indispensable, only then can we make energy maximization.Current situation through C412and application trends of energy-saving technologies, energy-saving technology applications are mainly focused on the flue gas waste heat utilization, and focus on the creation of vapor recovery drum, regenerative combustion modification and enhanced radiant tube studies. Additional waste heat recovery studies include the determination of the working fluid energy carriers, exhaust fan adaptability, heat exchanger selection studies, best of rehabilitation programs. Regenerative combustion modification study concluded regenerative combustion technology characteristics and limitations of the fuel used with the C412, technical requirements for comparative analysis. Strengthen the radiant tube studies, mainly on the existing air heat exchangers to enhance heat transfer improvement research through theoretical calculations and experimental data exchanger detect, identify energy saving effect. Other than through theoretical analysis and field practices that promote the use of low-temperature annealing consistent system management can effectively reduce gas consumption.By the end of this study, from a system perspective to raise the overall level of energy management, energy conservation in the original platform to further reduce energy consumption.
