Many foreign matters such as fiber, glass scraps, carbonized blocks,and rubber may introduce in the production process of ampoule and vial.These particles can cause serious health problem when enter human body.Domestic pharmaceutical companies commonly used artificial detectionmethod to detect ampoule foreign matters, for the reason of inefficientand detection results instability, the automatic light inspection machinewas urgently demanded. In this paper, the sources of ampoule foreignmatters were analyzed, the latest developments of ampoule lightinspection machine were summarized. Later, the opt-electrical signalcharacteristics produced by foreign matters block the light in lightblockage method were analyzed, the impact of particle diameter, area ofdetector, beam width and wavelength to the characteristics of pulsesignals produced by foreign matters in ampoule were theoreticallycalculated. Automatic light inspection machine experimental systemsbased on light-block method were built, in addition, in order to improvethe accuracy of the test results, an optimized and improved optical layoutbased on lens array and photodiode array were proposed and confirmed, simulated respectively by experiment, optical software. The reason whyhigh harmonics generated by the converter were theoretically analyzed,the impact of converter to the lamp power and DAQ were discussed,analyzed high harmonics conduction paths, taken a series of measuresagainst the interference sources and conduction paths, and effectivelyinhibited the interference of high harmonics generated by the converter tothe light inspection machine signal detection system. The principles andmethods of using machine vision to inspect the liquid level, mouthdefects, and surface characters of filling drugs were studied. Finally weimproved the swing separation method, designed the sorting device oflight inspection machine. |
