In recent years, along with the economic policy opening up and improvement in our country, modern industry and transportation industry has been booming development.More and more industrial waste gas and car exhaust, and the harmful substance of all sorts of fuel combustion emissions discharge into the atmosphere that air environment we live in is getting more and more pessimistic.So far, the study of stench pollution governance did not achieve enough progress.Therefore, It has very realistic significance to develop a good real-time, higher reliability and intelligent stench gas detection system which can reflect the pollution of the current environment condition.This topic based on the stench gas signal acquisition system, for single malodorous gas composition, completes the multi-sensor signal analysis and processing. The working process of the malodorous gas detection device were introduced in detail and so were the functional parts of it. In addition to the hardware circuit part, the system’s pneumatic parts which is necessary in the gas gathering process are expounded. Thecommunication protocol between the upper machine and lower machine of the detection system of malodorous gas as well as the development platform in the system are also introduced.By studying the literature and conducting a large number of experiments, and sensor signal pre-processing method is proposed.Linear regression analysis was carried out on the NE series sensors and PID sensor and nonlinear regression analysis was carried out on the TGS series sensors.lt is concluded that the mathematical model of the sensor signals,and the test accuracy and the reliability of the mathematical model. At the same time,it is realized the scaling analysis of the gas detection system.We completes the signal analysis and processing of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and volatile organic compounds.The paper also deeply studied the working principle and all kinds of performance of the gas sensor in it. The device of the system can analyze the sensor sensitivity, low detection limit and the effect of repetitive and show the experiment data.The paper establishes the preliminary mathematical model of the stench gas detection and implements the detection of the stench gas composition, concentration and stench level. And it also gives the detection results of typical malodorous gas.A large number of malodorous gas detection experiments data show that the malodorous gas detection device can realize quantitative analysis and processing of multi-sensor signal successfully as well as having good repeatability. The result is stable and reliable. Multi-sensor signal analysis and processing is also Implemented. The reliability and timeliness of the whole system device can satisfy the requirement of project. And the system has a broad application prospect and important value of innovation as well.
