This test build three sets of hydroponic trough simulation of artificial wetlandsystem, each system shall be provided by the hydroponic trough,0.6meters0.6meterswater tank, water bottles, outlet pipe and collection of water bottles, hydroponic tankrunning water depth in the0.2meters is8cm,0.6meters hydroponic groove depth of0.5meters. Hydraulic loading is studied in the0.05m3/m2, d and0.1m3/m2, d, a0.6m hydroponic slot and two0.2m from soil in the hydroponic trough in2cm,6cm,8cm soil moisture content and bacteria, actinomyces, and the distribution of nitrifyingbacteria and denitrifying bacteria, and study the effect on pollutant removal and plantingin the fine sand moisture content of each plant.Based on different water depths anddifferent load conditions, the effect of plants to remove contamination analysis, get thefollowing conclusion:First, the hydraulic loading0.1m3/m2d, the average removal rate of0.1m testdevice planted plants around63.69%of COD in the hydraulic loading0.05m3/m2d,down0.1m test device planted COD removal efficiency of plants on the average about62.38%, so at the same depth, under different hydraulic loading, good high hydraulicload test device planted plants removal of COD; hydraulic loading of0.1m3/m2dconditions test apparatus for the sub-grown plants water PO43--P average removalefficiency of about71.86%, while in the hydraulic loading of0.05m3/m2d sub-testapparatus for growing plants in water PO43--P mean the removal of appro×imately to69.51%, so the same water depth, hydraulic loading of0.1m3/m2d test device subplanted plants PO43--P removal best, hydraulic loading0.1m3/m2d, the bacteria, actinomycetes, nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria are more than the total number of hydraulic loading0.05m3/m2d, the total number of bacteria in a certain influenceon the removal of COD,(p=0.015<0.05) were significantly different, andactinomycetes, nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria total COD removal efficiencyof no significant difference (p=0.231>0.05). Phosphorus removal mainly adsorptionmatrix.Second, the hydraulic loading of0.1m3/m2d condition,0.1m test device sub-grown plants for water, the average total nitrogen removal efficiency of about71.67%,while in the hydraulic loading of0.05m3/m2d sub-test device plants grown in waterremoval efficiency of TN average of about72.66%, so the same water depth, hydraulicloading0.05m3/m2d test device planted plants sub-total nitrogen removal efficiencyis better; has nitrifying bacteria and the total number of denitrifying bacteria and totalnitrogen removal efficiency of data analysis obtained denitrifying bacteria (p=0.004<0.05) in total nitrogen removal at the0.05level significantly, so the total number ofnitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria affect the total nitrogen removal. The number of microorganisms in fine sand is increased with the increase of thedepth of sand layer reduced step by step, and performance for0~2cm from the firstlayer of the sand layer2~6cm>6~8cm, strains of bacteria is advantage insand layer, the largest number, also than other species widely distributed. On theanalysis of the bacteria, actinomyces, nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria foundin data, the overall number of bermudagrass> tall fescue> perennial ryegrass> reed>cattail, but cattail with reed is perennial plant, but belongs to the aquatic plants, inappropriate in semiarid arid regions grow less rain, for sand-fi×ation and soilimprovement is not big, cynodon dactylon, tall fescue and perennial ryegrass plants forarid regions, cynodon dactylon for seasonal plants, in winter and early spring dormant, landscape is poorer, tall fescue and perennial ryegrass is evergreen plants, landscape se×is better than the bermudagrass, but grow tall fescue hydroponic trough, microbialNumbers for perennial ryegrass, and moisture content is the highest in the gravel, so issuitable for planting in the desert and desert, the sand-fi×ation and the advantage of soilimprovement is better than the other four kinds of plants.
