A Wate Reuse Demonstation Engineering Design Of Zhonghai Real Estate

Zhonghai Real Estate is located in the southern suburbs of Xi’an Qujiang NewDistrict, there is short of water resources and has poor water quality in undergroundwater, the necessary water used in production and living is gained through the watercandle of River Hei, so it is a serious water-short district, however, the water price isalways relatively high. The article aims at the current situation of resources-basedwater-shortage in the district, taking the sewage of area residents as the raw water, wedesigned a modal project to refresh the raw water and use it so as to alleviate theshortage of regional water resources and promote the sustainable development of thebase.Zhonghai Real Estate sewage Recycle Project has the construction scale of480m3/d, and with the service area of72115m2, The reusing water quality fits to therelative indicators stipulated in <Recycling of urban sewage water for urbanmiscellaneous water quality standards>, and the reusing water is used in municipal,environmental and ecological aspects.Aiming at the characteristics of the sewage water quality of area residents, andcombining the actual situation of regional, Zhonghai Real Estate sewage RecycleProject applied two treatment processes which included integration of sewage treatmentplant and enhanced coagulation and solid-liquid separation device in the sewage-reusesystem，to achieve the purpose of the removing the micro-organisms and control thechromaticity and smell in the sewage. The features of the integration of sewagetreatment plant is that the Contact Aeration Basin covers less field area, high processingefficiency, which will greatly simplify the treatment process, save area and reduce power consumption, the features of enhanced coagulation and solid-liquid separationdevice focuses on strengthening the initial particles’ impact with each other to form thedensity floc by flocs’ reciprocating recycle and effective hydraulic mixing, so thetreatment’s efficiency gets strengthened.The total investment of Zhonghai Real Estate sewage Recycle Project is340.72244million, which the direct cost is301.38104million, and the other cost of engineeringconstruction is49.3414million. The annual operating cost of engineering constructionare expected to reach19.384million, the operational price is1.11yuan/m3. Accordingto the existing price of tap water4yuan/m3, deducting the cost of making water byrecycled water system,50.6328million is saved every year. To operate the project willgreatly alleviate the shortage of water resources in the region.
