When the nickel iron used as indispensable alloy elements, among them thecontent of impurities will affect the performance of the final product and quality level.To get high quality nickel iron, must adopt refined. The productof S elements reactwith some elements in the hot metal nickel can stable and abundant, the reducing ofsulfur contenthus in crude nickel of in hot metal has a certain practical significance.For nickel iron smelting of ore heat furnace has sulfide higher problem, based onthe analysis of thick nickel hot metal Desulphurization mechanism and the thick nickelhot metal desulfurization technology at home and abroad, on the basis of using KRmethod (Desulphurization by Kanbara Reaction) for ferronickel refiningdesulphurization.Research for using KR method for the influence factors of the nickeliron desulfurization, for large-scale use in nickel iron production provides the basis forKR Desulphurization process and equipment development.Through water model experiment on influence of nickel irondesulfurization,agitator blade shape and process parameters were studied, analyzingthe hot metal ladle in blender shape,blender insertion depth and speed of leaf tissuestructure, technical parameters on nickel iron KR method of desulfuzation in hot metalladle entrainment depth of desulfurizer, desulfurization agent within the influence ofthe immersion time, determine the best of desulfurization process parameters. At thesame time for KR desulphurization equipment and its main components in the researchand design.Through the influence of KR desulphurization desulfurizer involved in height,blending time of single factor and orthogonal water model experiments available:Mixer blade structure and blender insertion depth and speed of the primary andsecondary order of the influence of desulfurizer involved in height and blending time: mixing blades structure> mixing speed> blender insertion depth. The greatest effectin the test of desulfurizer involved in height and blending time was mixer blade,crossblade of mixer with the liquid blending time was minimal.,Its value was34s.Mixer blade structure, process factors on the desulfurizer involved in height, theoptimum technological parameters of the blending time is: adopt cross vane stirrer,rotating speed of125r/min, agitator best insertion depth is167mmThe KR desulphurization device by the agitator lifting device, agitator rotatingdevice, agitator replacement car, fixed platform, hood and maintenance platform,hydraulic pressure system,etc. On stirring main shaft system,we design and calculatethe main bearing calculation.Besides,selecte and design a series of the normaloperation of equipment.
