In recent years, along with the transformation of the economic development mode andthe promotion of the construction of ecological civilization,our goverment has alreadydeclared war on the environment pollution. Energy saving, high efficiency and economy isthe development direction of industrial water treatment industry. SMBBR (specific mobilebed biofilm reactor) is a new biological treatment technology based on MBBR. In thispaper, the application of SMBBR in domestic sewage and pharmaceutical wastewatertreatment by microbial absorption and degradation of pollutants was studied so as toprovide data reference for its application in wastewater treatment process reformation, withthe new SDC filler as the carrier.By changing the filler type and volumetric dosing ratio, we studed on the performanceof SMBBR treated domestic sewage. The experiment results show that the SDC-J is theoptimal filler and the volumetric dosing ratio of filler is30%. When the SDC-X and SDC-J filler volumetric dosing ratio is2:1,film-forming rate and processing properties of twokinds of fillers are basically the same. SMBBR has good performance on processing thenorthern low temperature sewage, and CODCr, NH3-N, TN meet the standard of grade A of"urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB18918-2002).By changing the operation mode, the performance of SMBBR and its optimizedtechnology for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment were studied, and the betterperformance of micro-aerobic SMBBR series was obtained. In this process, hardlydegradable pollutants can be treated by hydrolytic acidification and aerobic decompositionfunction, and the volume load of SMBBR process can be improved,so as to providereference for the upgrading of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment process. Because ofthe aeration quantity of oxygen aeration is hard to control, the operation of the system isinconvenient and prone to malfunction. In engineering practice, the fluidization of themicro oxygen system is ensured by using the agitator is recommended.Through the experimental study of domestic sewage and pharmaceutical wastewater,adding calcium silicate in the biofilm phase was obtained, which was helpful for shortening the domestication period of1-2days. At the biofilm culturing stage, the sludgeconcentration can inhibit the growth of the microorganism on the biofilm. In theengineering practice, the biofilm culturingmode is fixed with the change of water quality.When the biofilm is mature, it has a strong impact resistance on the mutation of the waterquality environment.
