China is now the world’s largest producer and consumer of coal,and more than95%coal by underground mining,which also determines. In recent years with the gradual increase of mining depth and the yield of the gas accidents,the coal and gas outburst is particularly serious.Most prominent mine did not pass special research test study for the critical value of the evaluation index of each mine, but directly using the prevention of thecoal and gas outburst regulations "of residual gas content8m3/t seized the school,which will make mine there is a big security risk.In this paper,to the current coalmine safety situation in coal science and industry group of Chongqing Research Institute of Daning coal mine in Shanxi regional outburst prevention project,the use of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,laboratory based on field test of Shanxi Daningcoal mine3#coal seam gas content of residual area effect inspection index critical value of.The main contents of this paper include:①analysis of Daning mine3#coal seam of coal and gas outburst is the main controlling factors. Through the understanding of Daning coal mine and surrounding the occurrence and characteristics of gas dynamic phenomenon, and the analysis to the Daning mining work face outburst prediction index exceeded the reasons,and ultimately determine the impact of Daning mine3#coal seam the main control factors for the occurrence of the three aspects of the coalgas,the fault structure and tectonic coal;②DGC direct determination of gas contentin coal seam technology application research.According to the characteristics of Daning coal mine coal seam stability in hard to take,and coal technology and equipment are improved and optimized to a certain extent and the laboratory determination. Finally according to the laboratory test results using the calculation formula of gas content of coal can be3#at atmospheric pressure can not be desorbed gas content is2.59m3/t; ③analysis of the relationship between the seam gas content and K1value. Firstly,through the laboratory determination of the coal sample K1value and the relationship between the gas pressure, and then according to the basic parameters of the coal seam gas measurement, calculation of K1corresponding to the different values of coal sample gas content of the coal seam gas content were fitted with respectively,finally obtains the K1value and the coal seam gas content in good accord with the exponential relationship between the function;④to determine the3#region pumping coal seam critical value of the test index;theoretical model is first established the relationship between the gas desorption index of drill cuttings and gas content of coal seam, throughlaboratory experiments are performed to verify the model,and the3#site of coal mining working face K1and the relationship between the same gas content inspection,final get pumping effect inspection index critical value was9m3/t,and the method is verified through on-site inspection accuracy and reliability of the critical value.The results of this study will provide theoretical and technical reference value forthe future to deal with such problems,has the important guiding significance to mine safety and efficient production.
