Study On Treatment For Wood-wastewater By Electric Fenton-SBR Biological Reactor

With the rapid development of modern society and industrial economy, city water consumption increase dramatically and has brought many environmental problems. At present, wastewater contains large amounts of refractory pollutants, which brings challenges to conventional water treatment technology.In order to improve the sewage treatment effect, we usually use routine process and special process to treat refractory pollutants.The electro Fenton technology is an advanced oxidation technique developed in recent years. Fenton process has incomparable superiority to other process, which has attracted more and more attention. The electro Fenton technology has the advantage of treating refractory wastewater. SBR has high advantages in biological wastewater treatment process. SBR is good for treating small scale wastewater.Floor process wastewater and other wastewater often contain a lot of refractory organics, which increase the difficulty of wastewater treatment process. In this paper, we mainly treat comprehensive wastewater. In this paper, we study the effect of treating lignin wastewater in Fenton process and SBR biological technology. In this paper, we clarify the effectiveness and feasibility of the Fenton process and SBR biological technology to treat floor process wastewater. This paper can guide the application of the process later.The results of this study show that, electric Fenton technology has a certain floor treatment efficiency of Lignin wastewater, which can significantly improve the treatment effect of SBR bioreactor for wastewater. Under the study conditions, we use electric Fenton process and SBR bioreactor to treat wastewater. The effluent COD is basically stable at around50mg/L, the removal rate is about90%. The effluent BOD is about40mg/L. The effect of the combined process is better than the effect of SBR technology. Electric Fenton technology and SBR technology improve the performance and improvement of sewage.
