Because of the high chromaticity, high salinity, poisonous and harmful chromium ion and high concentration of refractory organic compounds, Fur dyeing wastewater is difficult to process and more difficult to recycle. Traditional fur dyeing wastewater treatment has many problems, it is difficult to meet the environmental requirements. With the requirements of energy conservation, emissions reduction and sustainable development, Tongxiang environmental protection agency put forward the renovation plan to fur processing industry, requires companies to strict emission standards, and repeated water use ratio of no less than40%. At present, many enterprises were shut down due to short of management standard. Don’t promote traditional wastewater treatment technology, fur wastewater discharge and water reuse can’t be achieve.This paper tries to use combination of ozone oxidation-coagulation dispose dark wastewater treatment in order to achieve the purpose of recycling. Under the combined action of ozone’s strong oxidizing and aluminum coagulants, break azo linkage and chromophoric group, and decomposed into CO2and H2O. The result shows that under the combined process in10minutes, decolorization rate reached98.43%, COD removal rate reached48%. The effect of the combination action is better than the single use ozone or the single use coagulation. In addition to the influence factors of chromium is discussed, the biggest influence factors are the pH and the amount of PAM flocculating agent. Under the condition of ozone-coagulation, Cr removal rate was93.8%, Cr concentration of5mg/L. After adding DTCR, Cr concentration can be dropped to below0.9mg/L, it can satisfy the standard of the retrieval and utilization of enterprises and industrial park at the same time the discharge requirements.Through the ozone-coagulation process of pure dye experiments show that when the degradation time is10minutes, four kinds of pure dyestuff decolorization rate is above95%. In exploring how the leveler and faliquor mixed effects wastewater were found the CODCr removal rate is not high, when simulating wastewater degradation to400mg/L, it’s more difficult to further degradation, the chromaticity removal rate is lower. When the concentration of leveler and fatliquoring agent is not high, after adding the amount of flocculant, chromaticity and CODCr further degradation has obvious been lower.Research results show that ozone-coagulation combination action is suitable for fur dyeing wastewater deep treatment, the processing efficiency is high, the degradation is fast, processing cost is moderate, has strong adaptability, all of these can satisfy the standard of the retrieval and the emission requirements of industrial park.
