Titanium alloy thin-wall parts with its light weight and high strength structure,application in the aerospace industry is very broad. But the titanium alloy thin-wallparts in the manufacturing process is easy to produce the problem such as deformationand vibration, manufacturing is very difficult, which is internationally recognized ascomplex manufacturing process issues.Based on the titanium alloy thin-wall parts as the research object, Combiningtheoretical analysis and computer simulation method, reasonable arrangement ofprocess and the optimization of milling parameters, ensure the machining accuracy,improve the processing quality and processing efficiency. In this paper, the mainresearch work is as follows:Firstly, theoretical derivation and analysis was carried out on the mathematicalmodel of milling force, the model including the size of the chip thickness notdeformation, the effective rake Angle and the influence of the chip flow Angle. WithMATLAB software under different milling parameters, the simulation study of millingforce model of milling force.And then the simulation of the instantaneous maximum of milling force is loadedinto the titanium alloy thin-wall steel plate of the weakest side, using ABAQUS finiteelement simulation software for titanium alloy thin-wall steel plate static simulation,analysis of the deformation of the maximum stress and deformation of the trends.Using ABAQUS software in titanium alloy thin-wall steel plate dynamicssimulation for the process of finishing, analysis of the titanium alloy thin-wall steelplate the tendency of the dynamic milling force and the maximum stress and maximumdeformation.Titanium alloy thin-wall parts by finite element software ANSYS modal andharmonic response analysis, get the titanium alloy thin-walled parts modal figure and and natural frequency and resonant frequency range.MATLAB simulation results show that the change of milling force in the processof cutting, has an important influence on the size of the part machining precision withstatic and dynamic simulation was carried out on the titanium alloy thin-wall steel plateof ABAQUS, get a set of comparison for milling of titanium alloy thin-wall steel plateprocessing parameters through ANSYS titanium alloy thin-walled parts modal andharmonic response analysis, it is concluded that the intrinsic parameters of the systemvibration, in order to avoid resonance occur when the influence machining precisionprovides a theoretical basis for the optimum milling parameters.
