Ion selective electrode is a kind of electrochemical sensor that has the feature ofsimple operation and low cost, and it is often applied in the analysis of actual samples.At present, the mostly studied ion selective electrode has a wide application becauseof various carrier types, developing new anion carrier is still the hot issue in the fieldof the electrode. In this paper, novel Schiff base carrier was synthesized, and itsperformance was studied, further exploring response mechanism and application ofthe electrode in the actual samples.Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is a common tumor markers and the auxiliarytreatment of many diseases, so the detection of CEA has an important significance.And electrochemical immunosensor has developed the method of detecting based onantigen combined antibody with electrical signals change. It has a realisticsignificance to build a new type of electrochemical immunosensor for the CEAdetection. This paper studied the carcinoembryonic antigen detection immune sensorbased on nano cuprous oxide.This article selected N,Nˊ-bis(salicylidene)-1,3-propanediamine copper(II) Schiffbase complex([Cu(II)-Schiff]) as neutral carrier used in the study of PVC membraneanion selective electrode. Its performance was characterized by electrochemicalmethods and means, the electrode response mechanism was investigated by ultravioletspectrum, and it was applied to detect actual samples preliminarily. The result showedthat the electrode exhibits a near Nernstian response for Sal-over a wide concentrationrange (1.0×10-1-1.0×10-6mol/L)with a slope-59.6mV per decade and a detectionlimit of2.3×10-7mol/L in a pH range of5.0. It has a fast response time of about17s.The electrode had been applied in the determination of aspirin and compound aspirintablets with satisfactory results.We have successful prepared GO@Cu2O nanometer compounds.we woulddispersed it in organic solvent, modified it on glassy carbon electrode. By the meansof potential deposition, gold was deposited on the surface, and then we fixedcarcinoembryonic antibody on the gold surface, building a high sensitive non-markerCEA current immune sensor. Experiments show that the nano composites caneffectively increase the electrode surface and in situ deposition of gold nanoparticlesat the surface, effectively improve the sensitivity of the sensor electrode, and lowerthe detection limit of the sensor electrode. The sensor was applied to thedetermination of carcinoembryonic antigen, linear range of0.1~120ng/mL, thedetection limit of0.05ng/mL (S/N=3).
