The process of activated sludge treat sewage will produce large amounts of excesssludge. The excess sludge will cause secondary pollution, and sewage treatment plant mustspend a lot of money to deal with the excess sludge. Therefore, the establishment of a stable,secure, low-cost way to handle excess sludge is very necessary. Because the method ofanaerobic microorganisms treat excess sludge has no secondary pollution and has low cost, itswill has good industrial prospects. But the disadvantages of low rate of treated sludge andlarge anaerobic zone volume limit the widespread application of this method. The processesof anaerobic bacteria treat excess sludge have been studied; the low of excess sludgetreatment process release nutrients has been confirmed; and the Influence factors of anaerobicbacteria treat excess sludge have been preliminary studied.Experimental results showed that it’s more suitable of using COD to characterize thedegree of sludge disintegration, and the disintegration efficiency of anaerobic microorganismwas35%, which equivalent to1.75g wet WAS disintegrated, and it was3.5times of anaerobicenvironment. And lipase played an important role in breaking cell wall. Further more, bycomparison with the process OSA; the disintegration efficiency would be improved if thenutrients were removed. And the size distribution was decreased gradually; it showed that theusing easily material had accumulated. The quantity of materials greater than100um had theopposite tendency, which would be from the anaerobic microorganism growing.The results show that, the temperature has effect the process to a certain extent, theoptimum temperature was at35℃. And increased speed helps sludge crack, but has littleeffect. Adjusting pH to acidic or alkaline can effectively improve the rate of crack, pH=10was the best. And adding a certain amount of sludge after crushing ultrasound can improvethe efficiency of disintegration. It indicating that adding initial nutrients would has betterresults (raw sludge does not have the nutrients to use). Protease and lipase improvesdisintegration efficiency, and lipase is more effective. Due to there are certain restrictionssuch as high temperature and pH adjustment costs on industrial applications, so maintain acertain amount of nutrients and improve the anaerobic flora targeted lipase productioncapacity in order to improve the efficiency may has more potential applications.This research reveals the the rule of anaerobic microbes break excess sludge in the processof organic matter to release, and confirmed the influence of some factors which the effect theprocess of crack, it has strong significance for industrial application of anaerobic microorganisms crack excess sludge.
