In this dissertation,a series of polycarbonate diols,catalyzed by tetrabutyltitanate,synthesized by carbonate interchange reaction,which combined theadvantages of polyurethane composite material.FT-IR、HNR、TG and DSC wereemployed to characterize the microstructure and thermal properties of thecomposites.This dissertation is presented in three parts:1) A series of PCDL were synthesized via transesterifieation of diols andDEC,from while the Process Parameters such as ratio of reactants, reaction time,reaction temperature and antioxidant were studied.The experimental results showedthat rection ration of1.05,0.5%wt of tetrabutyl titanate as catalyst,tris(di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphite as antioxidant,polymerization rection time andtemperature as4h and180℃. The polycarbonate diols with molecular weight of about2000was synthesized successfully.2)By using PCDL,TDI and chain extender DMTDA as raw materials, a series ofpolycarbonate PUE was synthesized by one step process and prepolymer method.Themechanical properties of polyurethane elastomers were studied.The experimentalresults show that:As the NCO group content increased, tensile strength and tearstrength increased, hardness and permanent deformation decrease.When the NCOgroup content is6%, the tensile strength is53.7MPa,with excellent heat resistance andlow temperature flexibility.3) The Aramid fiber as reinforced materials,we prepared a series of PUEcomposites.The experimental results show that:aramid pulp fibers can be well dispersed in the polyurethane matrix,toughening effect and heat resistance isobviously enhanced.4) A series of polyurethane elastomers were prepared by prepolymer methodusing PCDL and PTMG as the main raw materials.the experimental results show that:polycarbonate diols can improve the mechanical properties, heat resistance and lowtemperature flexibility effectively.
