The thesis is divided into three parts, the first part summarizes the samariumreagents and copper reagents in organic synthesis reaction, the second part contains theresearch of samarium/cuprous iodide promotion of aromatic aldehyde and alpha, betaunsaturated acid ester reaction,the third part mainly describes experiment.The first part introduces the research of samarium reagents, copper reagents andligand1,10-phenanthroline in progress of coupling reaction.Mainly includes thefollowing contents:(1) metallic samarium promotes the research of organic reactions;(2)samarium diiodide promotes the progress of organic reductive-coupling reaction;(3)the trivalent samarium promotes the research of organic reactions;(4) organicsamarium reagents promotes the research of organic reactions;(5) lanthanide metalpromotes the progress of organic synthesis reactions;(6) samarium complexespromotes the research of organic reactions;(7) the research of copper catalyzedcoupling reaction;(8)1,10-phenanthroline as copper ligand in organic reactions arereviewed.(9) to introduce the product3-(hydroxy aryl methyl)-5-aryl dihydro furan-2-ketone.The second part mainly introduces the samarium-copper system promotes thecoupling cyclization reaction of aromatic aldehyde and alpha, beta unsaturated acidester.Mainly includes the following contents:(1) explore the optimum reactionconditions of samarium/cuprous iodide promotion of benzaldehyde and methylacrylate coupling cyclization reaction;(2)the target compounds structureidentification;(3) samarium/cuprous iodide system for different aromatic aldehyde andalpha, beta unsaturated acid ester reaction research;(4) samarium/cuprous iodide/ 1,10-phenanthroline system promotes the coupling cyclization reaction of aromaticaldehyde and alpha, beta unsaturated acid ester;(5) samarium/cuprous iodide/trimethylchlorosilane system promotes the coupling cyclization reaction of aromatic aldehydeand alpha, beta unsaturated acid ester;(6) cuprous iodide/samarium diiodidepromotes the coupling cyclization reaction of aromatic aldehydes and alpha, betaunsaturated acid ester;(7) the preliminary discussion about the reaction mechanism andsimple description of the reaction characteristics.The third part mainly contains experiments.Including the specific experimentaloperation steps and related raw materials preparation and characterization of the targetcompounds.Samarium/cuprous iodide system promotes the aromatic aldehyde and alpha, betaunsaturated acid ester coupling cyclization reaction and synthesis of a series of3-(hydroxy aryl methyl)-5-aryl dihydro furan-2-ketone compounds.This article attemptsto use different copper salt into reaction and find the related influence, graduallyexpand the cuprous iodide to cuprous chloride/potassium iodide, cuprousiodide/1,10-phenanthroline,cuprous iodide/trimethyl chlorosilane, two iodidesamarium/cuprous iodide combination system.Through the experiment to verify theabove all can promote aromatic aldehyde and alpha, beta unsaturated acid estercoupling cyclization reaction,which generates the corresponding title compound3-(hydroxy aryl methyl)-5-aryl dihydro furan-2-ketone,moreover, the reaction rate andyield are described.This article firstly attempt to promote coupling reaction with a fast and efficientjoint reagents, the application of samarium reagents provides a new instance.Inaddition, The reaction is a kind of simple and effective synthesis of3-(hydroxy arylmethyl)-5-aryl dihydro furan-2-ketone compounds.Samarium/copper system and theapplication of samarium reagents are still under further research.
