Candida utilis have breeding fast,protein yield rate and have animals eight essentialamino acids and B vitamins.Candida utilis can be used in fermentation agent and beverageproduction in the food industry,pharmaceutical industry yeast tablets and recombinant proteindrug expression vector,high-quality activity protein source in feed industry.Probiotics hasbeen widely used in livestock and poultry breeding, aquaculture as the advantage of green,natural and efficient.In order to get homo-viable count starter and to reduce the cost,this paper discusses thehigh cell density culture technology and treatment technology of Candida utilis forpreparation of concentrated lactic acid bacteria starter.[1]The single factor experiments and response surface analysis were carried out todeterminate the optimal proportion of ingredient of fermentation medium. The results showthat the best ratio of value-added fermentation medium was as follows: peptone36.32g/L,sucrose76.17g/L, MgSO41.5g/L, KH2PO41.98g/L,(NH4)2SO41g/L.Optimum shakerfermentation conditions was: liquid volume100ml (500ml flask), temperature28℃, initialpH5.5, inoculum12%, shaking speed200r/min.[2]Based on the flask-shaking batch fermentation condition, the batch fermentation wasinvestigated with strain cu-3in10-liter fermentor.Designed to analyze the effects of differentdissolved oxygen and pH on the batch fermentation of Candida utilis.In10L fermentorfermentation experiment,when the liquid volume is7L and a8L/min air flow rate,and theagitation rate of more than300r/min,the cell growth were enhanced significantly.Optimalcontrol pH5.5Candida utilis improved54%than not optimal control pH.[3]In order to obtain a higher number of viable microorganisms freeze-dried powderStudied,bacterial suspension conditions of centrifugation and vacuum freeze-dryingtechnology.The Candida utilis suspension conditions of centrifugation was centrifugal speed6000r/min, centrifugal time10min. Under the above centrifugal conditions, the centrifugationyield ratio of yeast can reach to85.88%.The optimum compounding of protectant was4%glycerol,10%sucrose,8%skim milk powder. Under the optimum compounding ofprotectant,the survival ratio is65.50%...
