Diabetes is one of the most common global disease which threatens humanhealth. In order to maintain normal blood glucose levels and reduce diabetescomplications, it is necessary to self monitoring of blood sugar for diabetes patients. However, frequent blood tests can cause pain, and lead to infection. As a result, it isnecessary to a blood glucose measurement of non-invasive continuous. With theadvantage of quick and nondestructive, near infrared spectrum is widely regarded as akind of very effective and promising tools for noninvasive blood glucosemeasurement.Based on this technique on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper designsa non-invasive near-infrared spectrum detection system by the core of a Fourierinfrared spectrometer. In this paper, it introduces the current development of nearinfrared spectrum technology, analyzes the principle of measurement of the nearinfrared spectrum and the structure of skin and its measuring blood sugar, andanalyzes stoichiometric methods of modeling one by one.The structure ofnon-invasive near-infrared spectrometer was described in detail, which lay afoundation for subsequent similar instrument in improving constantly.
