In this paper we studied the effects of the low temperature properties of biodiesel by fusel oil modifying and developed the process of lipase catalyzed reaction. Results showed that:when the water content of1%, enzyme content of0.50%, acid alcohol molar ratio of1:1, temperature of40℃with six times and the speed of200rpm fed fusel oil, by the reaction time of24h, the transformation rate of fusel alcohol ester reached at85.6%. The cold filter plugging point(CFPP) of crude and pure fusel alcohol ester was-3℃and-11℃, respectively decreased6℃and14℃compared to the refined methyl ester, the low temperature properties of biodiesel has been greatly improved.We selected different commercial depressant to improve the low temperature properties of biodiesel. Results showed that:LingZhi5002, LingZhi5005, T-1804, T-1804C can make the CFPP of refined methyl ester at-3℃, and LingZhi5005got the best mixing ratio of0.1%. We improved the low temperature properties of biodiesel by adding commercial depressant and Tween-80complex matter. Results showed that:complex matter of LingZhi5005and Tween-80achieved the lowest CFPP-4℃with the mixing ratio of1%. LingZhi5005and its complex matter decreased the CFPP of biodiesel by 6℃and14℃differently.In this paper, we got the catalytic pyrolysis product of lubricating oil whose CFPP was-8℃. We applied the catalytic pyrolysis product of lubricating oil to the study of improving the low temperature properties of biodiesel. Results showed that:where there existed more catalytic pyrolysis product,there got the lower CFPP. The CFPP of biodiesel decreased from3℃to-6℃when the addition amount of pyrolysis product was80%. Pyrolysis product of lubricating oil developed its great potential of improving the low temperature properties of biodiesel.This paper studied the regeneration of used lubricating oil by two solvent ways which named small molecular alcohols and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and optimizing the process. Results showed that NMP exaction got the better properties of recovered oil. We used activated clay adsorption after NMP exaction, the properties of new recovered oil was:acid value of0.53mgKOH/g, transmittance of91.8%and kinematic viscosity(40℃) of30.12mm2/s. The renewable oil was quitely close to30#lubricating oil. The renewable oil can be used for making new basic lubricating oil, at the same time it will be the raw material of pyrolysis oil in studying the high value of biodiesel.
