The ethylene bridged (1R,2R)-2-(dimethylamino)cyclohexylamino-indenylligand (H2L) have been synthesized. Some new rare earth metal complexes wereobtained by treatment of [(Me3Si)2N]3Ln(μ-Cl)Li(THF)3with1equiv of L. Thecomplexe1a,1b was determined by NMR studies. The results showed that thecomplexes catalyzed the hydroamination of3a-l efficiently to afford the regiospecificproducts, though structures of the substrates effects the reaction deeply. Theconstruction of six-membered piperidines required a longer reaction time than thefive-membered pyrrolidines. The complex1b exhibited the highest enantioselectivity(87%ee).
