The Effect Of The Green Liquid Pretreatment On The Property Of Reeds Soda Cooking Pulp

This paper was on the researched of effect of the green liquid pretreatment on the property of reeds soda cooking pulp and the black liquid, and hope to used in the pulp and paper engineering in application. It also can improve production process, reduce production cost, improve the pulp and improve the quality of paper pulp. By this study, this technology can further expand to the use of plant fiber in other areas, such as bioenergy and new materials developed by the plant fiber.The reed material was got from Xin Jiang Bohu reed industry in this paper. The modified soda pulping with green liquor pretreatment was adopted. The orthogonal experiment and conditional experiment were introduced to get the optimum green liquor pretreatment condition through the pretreatment of green liquor on reed before soda pulping. The influence of pretreatment on the subsequent pulping performance and black liquid was discussed as well. Results showed that the optimum pretreatment conditions were temperature130℃, time90min, liquor ratio1:4and green liquor doage0.9L/kg. After pretreatment pulping was carried out under the condition of heating-up time60min, highest temperature160℃, holding time60min, alkaline dosage17.3%(To NaOH). Results showed that screened stock yield was49.05%, Kappa value was14.6, and viscosity was1274mL/g. Comparing with the results of plant simulation pulping, which the pulping conditions were heating-up time90min, holding temperature60min, liquor ratio1:5, alkaline dosage21%, the screened stock yield increased by2.14%, Kappa value decreased by5.6and viscosity raised by556. In the paper making experiment,it was found that there’s not any influence on soda recovery. Therefore the pretreatment of green liquor before soda pulping improved pulp performance and yield as well. Meanwhile the pretreatment has practical significant to decrease alkaline consumption and pulping cost and utilize material effectively.
