With the development of the wine industry, waste water discharge lees more intractable, if not addressed directly discharged into water bodies or the processing of non-compliance, these wastewater pollution of the environment is very serious. Thus, lees wastewater after treatment must undergo rigorous standards in order to meet the relevant emissions discharged to natural water bodies.County modest fee for this winery water treatment engineering design, the first field sampling and laboratory tests have been various wineries County modest fee out of this waste water analysis is a high COD, high concentrations of organic pollutants in wastewater. After three full comparison and demonstration programs, and ultimately determine the UASB+CAST Process lees County modest fee winery wastewater. Wastewater through anaerobic UASB upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor capable of removing83%of the wastewater COD, the COD by the21000mg/L down to3750mg/L, UASB upflow anaerobic sludge bed anaerobic reactor after the water and then through COD by the CAST process3750mg/L down to375mg/L,90%COD removal. Finally, after sedimentation tank and then remove30%of COD, the COD dropped to262mg/L to meet emission standards. After commissioning, the effluent of the wastewater treatment works to good effect, to achieve the design goal, in line with environmental requirements. This design is also used for sludge treatment a more mature theory as a guide for a reasonable design, sludge thickening and dewatering after final disposition Sinotrans. After the above treatment processes and unit processes, the design can be achieved lees wastewater discharge standards.
