Under the background of the comprehensive construction of aconservation-oriented society, the coal mine urgent need for a shift from the pastextensive mining to green and efficient mining. Filling mining technique cansignificantly increase the rate of extraction, the newly developed ultra-high water fillingtechnology can effectively exploit the coal which is under the "three under", prolong theservice life of mine, and increase economic benefit. ultra-high water material fillingtechnique with filling system is relatively simple, and overall investment is low, early inthe filling process can better meet the characteristics of the filling performancerequirements.Ultra-high water filling station is an important part of the filling technology, but thedesign methods of the mechanical system are old. There are much room forimprovement and optimization. Based on the Hebei Central Energy FengFeng groupKowloon Mine ultra-high water filling system design, first of all, introduces thedevelopment course of coal mine filling technology, ultra-high water filling process andcurrent situation of the development. Secondly ultra-high water filling process andfilling station equipment layout has carried on the detailed introduction. Non-standardequipment design and standards for the filling station equipment selection method areintroduced, especially for the design of the steel cylinder storehouse has carried on thedetailed in this paper. Then according to the steel structure design codes, design theultra-high water filling station steel structure building components and the overall, andcarries on the check. Steel structures use PKPM structure software module on the3Dmodeling and calculation of load, the engineering drawing. Use PRO-E software forultra-high water filling station of the three dimensional model design, and constructionof3D sand table. Finally on the basis of the theory of topology optimization for theplate cylinder storehouse in ultra-high water filling station topology optimization andMatlab is used in the optimal model of unilateral stress situation. Use fluid topologyoptimization to analyse the parallel connection of filling line, the optimal joint structureis drawn.
