Carbon fiber product mechanical properties are greatly influenced byprocess factors in the process of test, this paper analyzes a variety of factors,including the amount of moisture, humidity, dry conditions, the fibers expanddegree, sample preparation time and the part time dipping, The resultsindicate that the fiber mechanical properties are greatly influenced by humidity,generally,Need to control the humidity of the indoor environment, at least below40%, it suggest to dry fiber to water treatment when environmental humidity isover40%,treatment conditions is:105℃,dry1h.
