Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) with its high catalytic performance,Low corrosive and many advantages, become a hot spot among today’s fuel cells,that is a new highlight energy in this emerging new energy industry,however, proton exchange membrane fuel cell durability, and can not reach a satisfactory working life of5000hours, only more than2000hours of working life, how increase catalyst’s working life is a urgent problem.Through the three-electrode system for different separation method (centrifugation, vacuum), and various alcohols (methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol) as a reducing agent to prepare a Pt/Nafion electrode catalyst for the catalytic activity, durability, and the particle size distribution contrast. The best catalytic performance of Pt/Nafion electrode catalyst and then compared with commercial Pt/C electrode catalyst’s catalytic performance,and assembled single cell battery’s performance included, the new method prepared Pt/Nafion electrode catalyst both in catalytic activity and durability are much better than the performance of commercial Pt/C electrode catalyst by contrast. |
