In The experiment aim to prepare polymer alloy of poly(L-lactic) acid(PLLA) and nylon-610(PA-610). We investigate the influence of different plasticizer on mechanical property. The innovation of this experiment lies on we have get high melting point polymer alloy of PLLA and PA-610.From previous experiment we found that the two-screw extruder is suitable to get the alloy. On this basis we further investigate the most matching proportion of PLLA and PA-610. We found that when the proportion of PLLA and PA-610is95/5we get the most ideal mechanical property.As we all know that processing conditions of extruder is very important for easily degradable polymer. Therefore we tested the influence of temperature of different segment of extruder and rate speed. Then we found that if the temperature of segments is180,190,225,225℃respectively and the die temperature is210℃. Meanwhile we use120r/min rate of main,DSC and SEM told us PLLA and PA-610is not compatible without other reagent. In this experiment we chose MAH and MDI as compatible reagent to test material’s mechanical property. We found that both of them could play the role of compatible reagent in PLLA/PA-610polymer alloy. But MDI preform better than MAH especially when its proportion is6phr.In addition we study sample’s stretching behavior at65℃and the effect of stretching rate, then at the same we test the influence of PA-610on PLLA.There still have some shortcomings which need to handle properly such as the error caused by mould pressing, further improvement of the technology and so forth. Besides those the mechanism of the reaction between PLLA and PA-610need further study.
