The reforming of methane by carbon dioxides to be catalized for syngas production is realizing to translate difficult activation of small molecules into fuel gas, eliminating major greenhouse gases and bringing economic and environmental benefits.The microporous and mesoporous molecular sieves have neat and orderly channel, large specific surface area and have been widely used industrial production. We adopted the microporous and mesoporous molecular sieve as catalyst supports, nickel as active main point, prepared kinds of catalyst samples and conducted a series of characterization, such as XRD, BET, H2-TPR, CO2-TPD and XPS in this paper.Exploring microporous molecular sieves experiment, we prepared same nickel content Ni/ZSM-5, Ni/BETA, Ni/Y and Ni/SiO2, investigated the relationship between catalysts of different carriers and reaction temperature, the results showed that Ni/ZSM-5has optimal catalytic effect.Then we prepared Ni/ZSM-5with different contents, researched the relationship between the content of active component and reforming reaction activity, it showed that9%was the most appropriate load.Finally, we prepared the same nickel content and different silica alumina ratio Ni/ZSM-5, discussed the silica alumina ratio effected on the reaction activity.The results showed that the lower silica alumina ratio Ni/ZSM-5catalytic is better.In the process of the research on comparing several mesoporous molecular sieves, we prepared same nickel content Ni/SBA-15, Ni/SBA-16, Ni/KIT-6, investigated the relationship between different catalyst carriers and reaction temperature, the results indicated Ni/SBA-15activity is best. Then we prepared different contents of Ni/SBA-15, discussed the relationship between the content of active component and reforming reaction activity, the results showed that15%is the most appropriate load.Ni/SBA-15modified by metal, alkali metal including Mg, Sr and Ca had a little influence on the activity of the reaction. But K obviously reduced the conversion rate of methane and carbon dioxides.Rare earth metal lanthanum is good to reaction activity, the main reason may form alkaline La2O3, which enhanced the adsorption and exchange of carbon dioxide, delayed or inhibited the formation of carbon deposition.
