Shale gas is a low porosity and low permeability tight reservoir resources, comparedwith the previous conventional reservoir fracturing, shale gas reservoir fracturing of horizontalwells with construction of large-scale, large displacement, large pumping and mainly usesslippery pressure features, such as cleft fluid system. Slick-water compared with conventionalguar gum fracturing fluid has the characteristics of low friction, low viscosity, is conduciveto produce complex seam network, but its sand-carrying capacity is weak, it is necessary totransport proppant settling studied law.Hydraulic fracturing is an important technology to increase production of oil and gasreservoirs, the formation of high conductivity sand filling cracks in hydraulic fracturing is thekey to success. With the proppant fracturing fluid into the cracks, the entire process is closelyrelated to transport proppant particles settling characteristics, determine its final distributionin the seam.By studying the laws of proppant settling in a vertical fracture, the establishment of amathematical model of proppant settling is affected by many factors fracturing fluid propertiesand fracture geometry, etc., taking full account of the fracturing fluid properties, particle sizeproppant sand cracks in the wall effect and influence than other factors. Proppant settlingstudied law and migration law in slippery in the water, got laid slippery conditions when watercarrying sand berm height of each stage of proppant, and established a new rule of sand piledembankment model, preparation of the corresponding when slippery shale gas reservoirfracturing proppant distribution and water transport in the seam of the simulation program canbe simulated for each stage of the berm height and the length of time varying regularity. Inaddition, the program can also analyze other law carrying sand fracturing fluid viscosity, andcomparative analysis of other commonly used fracturing fluid carrying sand and slipperywater in terms of the law, designed to optimize shale reservoir horizontal well provide thebasis for, thereby improving the effectiveness and success of fracturing.
