Our country is not only the power which has large emission of industrial by product phosphogypsum, but also the power of utilizing gypsum resources. The application of industrial by product phosphogypsum has positive significance of environmental protection. It is also the economization of precious natural gypsum resources. The application of industrial byproduct is of much positive value as for both sustainable development of phosphate fertilizer industry and the gypsum industry of our country. Therefore, there is an urgent need of applied technology of industrial by product phosphogypsum for many company which discharge industrial by product phosphogypsum. The experiment was based on phosphogypsum from Yunnan Province and prepared the β-hemihydrate phosphogypsum and self-leveling gypsum matrix products which meet the need of the requirements of national standard. Making the combination of unit cost and quality performance, economic benefits and social benefits can be analyzed and evaluated. Through experiment, the main achievements are as follows:1、The major impurity of phosphogypsum the study investigated including P、F and organics. Through studies of three traditional pretreatment methods:Washing Method, Flotation and Lime Neutralization, a new pretreatment method:Hans method can be proposed based on features of phosphogypsum provided by Yunnan Sanhuan Chemical Co. This method has better effect to remove the soluble P、F and organics. It’s also the optimal method to prepare the phosphogypsum which has the best strength and morphology.2、The β-hemihydrate phosphogypsum prepared by this experiment both meet the need of the requirements of national standard in physical and chemical properties. Processing data with SPSS software, the optimal formula can be calculated by integrated balance method. Through multiple linear regression model of forecast, after solving and analysis, the three regression equations with stable index and high fitting degree can be calculated.3、The experiment taking the β-hemihydrate phosphogypsum as cementing material, self-leveling gypsum matrix mortar can be prepared by adding the multiple admixture according to mixture ratio and admixing uniformly with water. The product strength as well as physical and chemical properties meet the need of the requirements of national standard. Processing data with SPSS software, the optimal formula can be calculated by integrated balance method. Through multiple linear regression model of forecast, after solving and analysis, the three regression equations with stable index and high fitting degree can be calculated.4、Through the cost analysis of β-hemihydrate phosphogypsum and self-leveling gypsum matrix mortar, it can be inferred that the recycle of phosphogypsum can cut down building cost and bring considerable economic benefits. The grounds maintenance fee due to the stock of waste can be reduced by making full use of phosphogypsum. Developing new type wall and flooring of phosphogypsum can promote the effect of energy saving and emission reduction, comprehensive utilization of resources, preserving the ecological environment, developing circular economy, advocating energy saving building and boosting the progress of building technology.
