One of Petroleum drilling engineering’s key technologies is the dirlling parametersoptimization. It is during the drilling process, based on the parameters’ influence, combinedwith the specific environment, choosing the irght parameters,to achieve best pirmal index. Illthe actual project, it’s not irght to only ensure the cost of unit dirlling minimuniJnstead, itshould consider multiple objectives,such as mechanical dirlling speed, service life of bit andbit energy ratio,thus is the dirlling parameter optimization problem with multiple objectives(DPMOP).Firstly, this paper analyzes the relationship between dirlling parameters, build theoptimization model including three goals: the mechanical dirlling speed, the bit life and the bitenergy ratio. Then refeirng to the NSGA2algorithm, a kind of multi-objective particle swarmoptimization (MOPSO) based on dynamic crowding distance is proposed,,and a test is donefor three index: the calculation time, the spacing distance and the distance betweengenerations,while some test problems of ZDT series are chosen. The test obtains the evenlydistirbuted Pareto rfont, which proves that the algorithm is effective.According to a practical example, this paper uses the model and the algoirthm,gets irghtvalue of the algorithm’s parameters by discussion, obtains some group of dirlling parametersthat are similar to the results of the traditional single objective drilling parameter optimization,and meets the real-time requirements.
