Research On The Appearance Design Of Machine Tool CK514Based On The National Symbol Si MuwuDing

With the machine tool being saturated, the supermarket is becoming more and more fierce, and more and more enterprises enhance to improve their products’ appearance design as an important way to participate in the competition for a space in the internal or international market. Summarize to the successful experiences of foreign enterprises’ on the appearance design of machine tool, such a conclude can be obtained:a good product is not only felt beautiful and nice, but also improving efficiency and converting a message of its features, a value-added product. In a brief, enhancing to erect an enterprise’s unique feature on its machine tools is an essence to struggle to survive in the internal and international market.The culture heritage, made in the five thousand years, has provided valuable design material and ideas for formatting their own enterprise’s characteristics by the national design of machine tools. Bronze culture in Shang and Zhou dynasty, as the most unique part of China’s traditional culture, and the pinnacle of world bronze civilization, has plays an important role in the development of world civilization. Bronze Ding, as the carrier of bronze culture, having the highest position in the bronzes and the most representative and research value, has very important guiding significance for product design.The article is intend to take extracting the national symbol form the Simuwu Ding for CK514machine design as an example, through the research into the history of Ding to induct and summarize the characteristics of shape and ornamentation, and extract the shape elements from the Ding and being used in modern machine design, all which are taken as a research for the national design of the appearance design of machine tools. Just as follows:(1)Conclude and summarize characteristics of the shape and decoration of Ding, take the Simuwu Ding as an example to analyses its form and extract every part’s modeling elements.(2)On the base of detailed morphological analysis of CK514, using the relative knowledge of the Product Semantics、Ergonomics、Design Methodology and Design Psychology, the author try to research the ways and means for the national design of machine tools’ appearance design.(3)Summarize the right way to extract national symbols through the research and extracting of the symbol of Ding; take the traditional culture as a way to increase value-added products, and put the national design of machine tools as a way of promoting the national culture.
