Methanol as the basis of coal chemical industry chemicals, organic intermediates, are widely used in medicine, pesticides, fuel, coatings, plastics, synthetic fiber, synthetic rubber, and other fields.Optimization of methanol synthesis process, improve the efficiency of production equipment, improve the methanol synthesis capacity, reduce the consumption is coal to methanol synthesis process has been the pursuit of goals. In understanding related data at home and abroad, this paper analyses yankuang cathay240000tons/year after methanol synthesis device design, methanol gas and liquid separation equipment efficiency low, some waste gas loss, choice of catalyst, raw material and improper use, the increase of side effects and external transformation system-the problem such as the impact of pressure swing adsorption (psa) is a main influencing factor of the methanol synthesis capacity. To solve above problems, the condition is close to the ideal state for production standards, adopting high methanol separation equipment configuration, increase chi deflated recycling equipment, water cooler online wax protection cooking water cooler heat transfer effect and the correct use of catalyst, eliminate the pressure swing adsorption effect on the synthesis, a total of five aspects, such as measures, put forward specific measures and methods of the methanol synthesis production capacity.Through a series of transformation after implementation, the final eventually reached the design capacity of240000tons of methanol production unit production capacity of300000tons/year,125%of the design load, achieve the purpose of production and consumption reducing.
