Anticoagulant rodenticides have good palatability and are safe to non-target animals, which have become the leading rodenticides.However, using them, the rats die slowly, and die on the nest, it is easy to cause environmental pollution.Therefore, in order to overcome these shortcomings, new rodenticide is the research hot spot always at home and abroad in recent years. And based on the anticoagulant rodenticide structure improvement, increase specificity functional research has the important practical significance.In this paper, we designed three new anticoagulant rodenticides, which were based on1,3-indandione, added introducing containing fluorine acute toxicity groups. Firstly, with fluoroacetamide as raw material synthesized fluorine sodium acetate、 fluoroethanoicacid and fluoracyl chloride; with1,4-fluorine bromine ethanol as raw material synthesized1,4-fluorine bromine ethane; with phenylacetamide、acetic anhydride、benzene and1,3-indandione as raw material synthesized phenylacetic acid、 ethylphenylketone and1,1-diphenyl acetone、sodium diphacinone; with iodomethane、 chloral、toluene and1,3-indandione as raw material synthesized trichloropropanol、1,1-ditolyl acetone and ammonium ditolyl diphacinone.Using the above intermediates were synthesized three new anticoagulant rodenticides of2-(2,2-diphenyl fluorine acetoxyl)-1,3-indandione(Ri)、2-(2,2-ditolyl fluorine acetoxyl)]-1,3-indandione(R2) and2-(2,2-diphenyl fluoroethoxy)]-1,3-indandione(R3). And the synthetic route to various intermediates were compared, the optimum reaction conditions were determined.Finally, by the test of FT-IR,1H-NMR, and other pthysical and chemical methods, we conculded that the target product-novel anticoagulant rodenticides R1、R2、R3and nine intermediates were synthesized.Both the acute orally toxicity and the palatability of the desired product were tested. Experiments showed that the productions had good palatability and good control effects in the laboratory, containing fluorine groups played a part in acute toxicity deratting, Speed up the time of rat’s death, which were good candidates of rodenticides.
