Along with the increase use of the fluidized-bed, there are more and more explosion accident. It is not only a serious threat to the safety of operators,, but also shorts the life of the equipments and causes huge economic losses. So the study of explosion-proof equipment in fluidized bed has the important theoretical and practical value, not noly for designing a more safety fluidized bed structure, but also for supporting personnel and equipment safety.In this paper, explosion-proof equipment in170t/h fluidized bed is studied. On the basis of the comprehensive review and analysis of the main measures for preventing the explosions at home and abroad, the development of the explosion suppression systems, the development of the key technologies on the disc, the explosion-proof devices in the170t/h fluidized bed is determined according to the basic conditions of coal dust explosion. It is a combination of the explosion suppression system and explosion venting:at the initial of explosion the sensor in the explosion suppression system detects the explosive signal, and passes it to the controller. The controller passes the command signal to the explosion suppressors by the control components. The explosion suppressors sprays the explosion inhibitor to fight against the explosion. If the explosion suppression systems fail, the vent bursting disc device will relieve the explosion pressure to reduce the economic losses and casualties.This paper firstly selects the explosion protection measures according to the basic conditions of coal dust explosion in the fluidized bed. Secondly, researches and develops the explosion suppression systems, selecing the explosive sensors and the explosion suppressors,as to the control components-designing the hardware and the software. Thirdly, designs the bursting disc and simulates. Finally, designs the overall explosive device.
