With the development of the modern mechanical equipment to large-scale, high speed, high precision, etc. Because of the hydrostatic guideway has the advantages of low friction resistance, high precision, long service life, no crawling at a low-speed movement, hydrostatic guideway becomes more and more widely used.The hydrostatic guideway designed in this paper is used on Precision CNC Lathe, according to the given working conditions and considering the practical working environment, design scheme of the hydrostatic guideway is determined, in order to improve its bearing capacity, making the contraposition oil chambers own different area. According to the comparison of several restrictors, finally select the membrane restrictor, and choose the appropriate structural parameter to meet the requirement of infinite stiffness.This paper analyzes the static and dynamic characteristics of the hydrostatic guideway, receives the bearing ability and the stiffness of the oil slick, in the dynamic analysis, the transfer function of the hydrostatic guideway is given out, which is based on flow equation and mechanical balance equation.Then, the mathematic modeling and boundary conditions of the hydrostatic guideway are built. With the theory of CFD, this paper analyzes the flow fields and temperature field of the hydrostatic guideway, the internal oil film pressure distribution contours, oil film pressure field graph, oil film velocity vector diagram and oil film temperature field graph are obtained.The design methods and the results of this paper provide important reference and theoretical value for the new hydrostatic guideway of the fields such as high speed and high precision. Using the simulation software FLUENT can reduce the experimental period and the cost, and it has some reference value to the practical project.
