Microwave chemistry is a new frontier interdiscipline, microwave chemistry research results to promote the rapid development of chemistry discipline, to the application of microwave technology in the field of chemical and energy people have made a lot of research work, has solved many key issues, and a new efficient chemical process. To carry out the basic research of microwave chemistry, has been developed multifunctional microwave chemical reaction device used in laboratory research.The device has the following characteristics:the design of the microwave digesting the device of power index is10kw, it can be used in a variety of microwave chemical reaction, the width of200mm of reaction in microwave field uniformity can reach above90%; within1150mm high, five of the microwave source are within the scope of the microwave field uniformity of the adjustment, ensure in response to the uniformity of microwave field on the vertical direction; plant resistance to flow gate leakage can meet national "microwave radiation safety standards"; in the reaction device is designed with "water-layer" to adjust the microwave power device; this microwave chemistry device also has the function for the microwave chemistry experiment with the electric field or the magnetic field only.The device consists of two parts, reaction chamber and the measurement and control system. The reaction cavity design includes the following sections:the design of the device reaction cavity and calculate the cavity of the straight line matching unit and the parameters of the main reaction cavity;2450MHz,1KW magnetron unit circuit as the main body of the microwave source, and is composed of ten such unit circuit of microwave source; design the structure of the microwave heating device resistance to flow the door; designed the device in the "layer" continuous microwave power conditioning system; Design to mold a kind of microwave interference corrosion resistance temperature sensor.Electric magnetic field theory and microwave transmission line theory to calculate the reaction chamber and straight-line verifier; Using the method of equivalent impedance design the structure of the microwave heating device of flow gate; In the design of microwave transmission characteristics of " water-layer " continuous microwave power conditioning system; based on the principle of electromagnetic shielding design to mold a temperature sensor. Using HFSS software to simulate the main reaction cavity of the electric field and magnetic field distribution and linear matcher, the simulation results verify the design and calculation result is feasible.Finally, has carried on the device performance test, device in the electromagnetic field distribution is verified by the experiments conform to the requirements of the design, microwave leakage flow resistance of the door below10μW/cm2, microwave power can achieve continuous adjustment, the temperature sensor can be used in the stability of the microwave field, device meet the need of microwave chemical reaction, has good practical value.
