Horizontal wells are widely used in the development of shale gas reservoir andtight gas reservoir. Because it needs hydraulic fracturing and effective intervalseparated perforating technology to improve single well production in the process ofdevelopment.Therefore, this type of horizontal wells generally adopt the perforatedcompletion method. In the process of completion, tubing transmission directionalperforating technology is usually used. The conventional tubing transmission orientedperforating technology has the shortcomings of complicated downhole tool, longoperation time and high cost. To solve the problems above, the pumping bridge plugperforating technology is usually used in the oil filed. Perforating operation processcould be simpler and operation time could be shorter.It is significance to protectreservoir and improve economic benefit.To solve the problem of determination about construction parameters in thepumping perforation, the technology research of horizontal wells pumping perforating iscarried out. Firstly, the stress of gun string is analyzed, and the model of gun stringcontrol weight is established with the theoretical analytic method during downing to thewell. Meantime, the model of pump displacement calculation is established in kick-offsection and horizontal section.The influence of parameters on the pumping capacity isanalyzed at the same time.Based on the percolation mechanics theory, Lang zhaoxinmodel is adopted to establish a calculation method for bottom hole pressure of pumpingperforation.The study has shown that pump displacement is a linear function with thespeed of advance of gun strings. With the increase of the speed of the cable, depth,angle, and gun weight, pump displacement will increase gradually. The study provesthat the horizontal section pump displacement is mainly affected by buoyancy, frictioncoefficient, liquid density, method of impact calculations and perforating gunsweight.The others will be ignored such as cable head, gun head string of tilt and thebridge plug tool.In the field, the model can meet the needs of the site.It could provide theoreticalsupport for operation, and prevent cables from falling off and breaking off effectively.Simultaneously, it is significance to shorten the operation time and reduce the operationcost. Finally, it is important to protect reservoir and improve economic benefit.
