Deformation Characteristics And Application Research Of Soft Rock And Injecting Cement Paste

Roadway stability has been a important problem in coal engineering technology, especially with the increasing depth of coal mining, the impact of high temperature, high ground stress, high osmotic pressure, deep soft rock tunnel over time effect rheological phenomena manifested more obviously, therefore, study of deep soft rock rheology is premise condition to ensure long-term stability of the surrounding rock. Suzhou Qinan coal engineering backgroundAccording to basic mechanical test of cores and injecting cement paste results in the lower of34mining area, the characteristics of stress-strain curve of soft rock and injecting cement paste, strength and deformation characteristics and failure modes are analyzed, giving strength parameters of injecting cement paste, finding that cohesion and internal friction angle is large when small water-cement ratio of the same particle size conditions, providing a reference for creep test though the project in Qinan coal at Suzhou, Anhui Province in this paper; this paper also makes a further study of the mechanical properties of injecting cement paste rheology, What’s more, it simulates the rheological properties of injecting cement paste by choosing Nishihara model, and gives the rheological parameters, finding test curve and fitting curve is very similar highly, indicating that the Nishihara model is scientific.Combining test parameters of cores and injecting cement paste in laboratory, this paper proposes the treatment scheme of main roadway deformation in the lower of34mining area, basing on treatment principles. It includes the deformation control program of brush extending segment of entire section of roadway surrounding rock, the deformation control program of brush extending segment of section of roadway surrounding rock and the deformation control program of passing construction or coal roadway surrounding rock. And the effect is good through field application.
