Catalytic pyrolysis of pine biomass was carried out by a powder-particle bed, in which four kinds of the catalysts of MS-5A, MS-13X, F-9synthesis zeolite and HZSM-5synthesis zeolite used as the fluidized medium particle. The effects of the catalysts and pyrolysis temperature on the product distribution and yield were investigated in the atmosphere of hydrogen gas. It is found that the IOG, HCG and HCL of the pine biomass was only3.11wt%, daf, and the products were mainly the form of the char, at773K. As the pyrolysis temperature increased, the HCL yield of the products reached3.17wt%, daf, at1173K. In the case of catalytic hydrogenation, the pyrolysis actively of MS-5A with the5A micro-pore was good, but the selectivity for HCL product was not high compared with the SiO2medium particle. The MS-13X, F-9and HZSM-5actively were higher, the HCL yields reached3.12,3.75and3.43wt%, daf, at973K, respectively and bigger than the0.88wt%,daf and about equal in the3.17wt%, daf at1173K for non-catalyst SiO2.The difference of pyrolysis characteristic among wood biomass and biomass three componens at different heating rates was studied by TG. The TG curves of hemicellulose was different from other samples that moved towards the low temperature region with the increase of heating rate. Three methods:Kissinger, FWO and Popescu, were used to determine the kinetic. Based on the characteristics of different methods, the frequency factor, activation energies and most probable mechanism function of the five samples were detemined. The most probable mechanism function of cellulose, radiata pine and rice husk were Jander equation:G (α)=[1-(1-α)1/3]2, others were anti Jander equation:G (α)=[(1+α)1/3-1]2. The kinetic paramenters of five samples could be solved well by the three methods used in combination.
