Cement is essential building materials for national economic construction. In recentyears, china’s cement industry has been rapid development, production ranks first in theworld. The high yield also accompanied by high energy consumption. The key to achieveenergy saving and emission reduction is using scientific control strategies and methods incement industry. DCS system has been popular in the cement industry, cement productioncontrol is more convenient. But the personal level of experience to operate DCS systemwill give the production a lot of destabilizing factors. Many scholars have done someresearch in the automatic control of the cement production, also achieved certain results.However, due to the complexity of the cement production process, so far does not have atrue sense of the automatic control systems to production. To improve the level ofautomation of the production, we do a preliminary study on Decomposing furnace controland identify to system and achieved a little result. I hope it can be help to cementproduction automation.The research topics include the Decomposing furnace control and the identify toclinker end grain and the sensor state.1) Use of fuzzy theory to modeling the Decomposing furnace control. We use theTemperature difference and temperature trends as the input of the fuzzy controller and getthe feed coal adjustment by logical reasoning.2) With the idea of data integration to discriminate sensor status. The value of theadjacent sensors have the same trend. To determine whether they work properly byjudging the tend.3) We can get the situation of end grain not only by the field sampling, but also bythe operating parameters of devices. The relevant parameters of grate cooler can be theinput of neural network. After the training, we use it to discriminate the situation of knotgrain.
