As we all know, boron compounds have a wide range of use in chemical synthesis. The first chapter simply review on the history and current status of the addition ofdiboron reagents with α,β-unsaturated compounds catalyzed by Cu. Although thereaction has made great progress in recent years, there are still many disadvantages. For example, Cu-catalyzed borylation has a poor functional groups tolerance;expensive ligand and base need to be added to catalyst system. It also describes thepreparation and application of nano-copper catalyst. This paper wants to develop anefficient catalytic system, which can catalyze the conjugate addition in a very mildcondition. In the second chapter, on the basis of previous work, we used a new method toprepare nano copper. It was characterized by a variety of methods and proved to benano Cu.In the third chapter, we found that the catalyst has a high catalytic activity for theaddition reaction in further experiments. With only reactants and catalyst were addedto the solvent and methol as a hydrogen source, the yield is very high under RT. Thissimple and efficient catalytic system have never been reported before. In the fourth chapter, we surprised to find products of proto-deboration of theβ-boryl ketone in further research. As you know, proto-deboration could be happenedon tertiary boranes by the use of carboxylic acids while boronic esters couldn’t. Herein, we first report an effective way of proto-deboration of the β-boryl ketone mediatedby nano Cu. Furthermore, deuterium was used to explore the reaction mechanism. After the two steps, C=C of unsaturated ketone was reduced. We also introduce thedevelopment and current status of selective reduction of unsaturated ketone. Somefunctional groups can be tolerated in the system which is sensitive to Pd/C. |
