Machinery remanufacturing as a green and efficient technique, has a very broad application prospect in the industry. The key for the application of remanufacturing technology is remanufacture-ability assessment of the blank. To ensure the reliability of the results, it is required to identify different defects effectively. However the traditional single detection means, which have limitation of testing principle, can only detect the defect in a certain class or region. It’s hard to cover the requirements of comprehensive testing.This paper simply analyzes the traditional nondestructive testing (NDT) techniques. Based on the analysis, it summarizes the application range and advantage. So we can make a better choice to use complementary detection of multi-parameter. Then also outlined the current research status of multi-parameter composite detecting application.Current NDT technicians mostly use handheld devices or point-measuiement. It’s not suitable for industrial standard detection. Also the efficiency is very low and repeat positioning accuracy is poor. None of the researchers have introduced the construction of testing system in detail. In this paper I have designed an automated testing system of multi-parameter. It’s controlled by the MCU to accomplish bench axial movement, then lead sensor group for synchronization test. The results initially processed by measurement system are transmitted to host computer through the serial transmission.Magnetic memory technology tells the stress concentration by using Hp(y) zero-crossing method. But in the actual application process, some scholars have found that there is a certain deviation. I elaborate this from the perspective of metal magnetic memory timeliness. That is to say, the signal value of unloading magnetic field strength will decay by time. In this paper firstly discuss the factors which affect the metal magnetic memory testing results and design experiments to terrify them. According to the summary of the metal magnetic memory time-based signal, preliminary summarize the decay law and signal attenuation model. It has a significant importance for testing stress concentration and the early damage.
