With the quick urbanization speed and gradually strict standard of environmental quality in our country, efficiency and level of sewage treatment gradually improved, meanwhile the output of sludge has been sharply increased. At the same time, most of the sludge treatment factory in our country has been built for early, the technical process of them is relatively backward,so they takes a great deal of energy when the sludge treatment ability insufficient. Therefore, they can only run with the subsidies from government. And now the situation is the research in the laboratory of sludge anaerobic process are generally focused on produce acid gas phase, the study of preprocessing phase are ignored always. It is meaningful to research the energy consumption of the preprocessing phase of the Sludge anaerobic process.This paper taking a pretreatment process of sludge factory as the research object, establish a temperature field acquisition experiment system.and according to the actual operating conditions of various factors in the orthogonal experiment to figure out every single factor for the effect of sludge anaerobic pretreatment process sequence. This article also research on the effect of biogas slurry and biogas residue for the energy consumption of pretreatment stage.The experimental results show that Steam flow is the biggest influence factors in the Sludge anaerobic pretreatment process. After the order is the sludge moisture content itself, excess stock level and material level. And after the experiment was studied for the alkali and alkaline found biogas slurry and biogas residue for sludge pretreatment heating process have a positive role in promoting both. Sludge energy consumption and energy uniformity has a different degree of ascension with the increase of ratio of biogas slurry. When biogas slurry ratio reaches high, the yield of sludge acid heat production process basic saturated due to Biogas slurry promote. And mixing pond sludge PH change also faster, heating after the completion of the fine adjustment of sludge PH value when the ratio of biogas slurry enlargement.. The experimental results also show that the addition of biogas residue for sludge pretreatment heating process also has a relatively positive role. But with the increase of the ratio of biogas residue, the sludge the uniformity of temperature field will increase as the sludge viscosity and worse. And when biogas residue ratio reaches a maximum, however, is still not fully complete produce acid sludge heat production process, the certificate biogas residue for optimization of heating process of the sludge pretreatment significantly weaker than biogas slurry.This article has also studied the gas dynamics analysis of two-phase anaerobic sludge according to Chen-Hashimoto model with the actual data. And the results showed two phase anaerobic digestion process system of the largest gas production, gas velocity and energy for the single-phase anaerobic digestion process temperature all have different degree of advantage.
