In this paper, CaCl2and Na2CO3as raw materials, research CaC03arnphiphilic copolymer of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether-b-poly caprolactone (mPEG-b-PCL), poly-N-vinyl caprolactam-b-poly caprolactoneester (PNVCL-b-PCL), poly-N-vinyl caprolactam-b-poly (lactic acid)(PNVCL-b-PLA) micellar solution crystallization behavior, and to explore the amphiphilic copolymer micelle concentration of CaCO3crystalits morphology. The use of infrared spectroscopy (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) methods were used to characterize the structure of the copolymer. To prepare the amphiphilic copolymer micelles, and investigated the influence of the calcium carbonate crystals are formed at different concentrations, using hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (DLS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray powder diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) testing methods to characterize the structures of the polymer and CaCO3polymorphs.The results show that the application of the solvent evaporation method, prepared aqueous solution of the different amphiphilic polymer micelles. CaCO3crystal morphology in polymer solution can achieve a certain degree of choice and control. Micelles under the influence of PNVCL-b-PCL24the CaCO3crystal of the metastable Vaterite type, and in different micelle concentration, respectively, to form a six-sided body, irregular and spherical CaCO3particles. Micellar hydrophilic shell on the carboxyl group with a solution of the interaction between the Ca2+, is the main reason of the micellar effect CaCO3crystallization process. However in Micelle under the influence of different PNVCL-b-PCL14, the calcium carbonate crystals almost no effect, calcite formation of a stable polymorph. In different proportions and concentrations of mPEG-b-PCL, PNVCL-b-PLA micellar under the influence of the calcium carbonate crystals are almost no influence calcite formation of a stable polymorph.
