Rare earth coordination fluorescent materials have attracted considerable interests for its good luminescent characteristics. More important application value can be showed in the fields of fluorescence, laser, absorption, protective, optical plastics, fluorescence detection technology, magnetic element, etc.In this work, we report the synthesis and characterization of a series of new rare earth coordination and coordination polymers, in which strong fluorescence rare earth ions such as Eu3+, Tb3+, Sm3+, Dy3+are introduced into organic small molecular ligand(rigid conjugate aromatic structure of5-nitro isophthalic acid, caprolactam) and polymer ligand (polyacrylamide, DMDAAC trimer) through low temperature solid phase, sol-gel method and solution method, all of the ligand contains functional groups of,COOH,CONH. All coordination polymers are characterized by elemental analyses,thermal gravimetric analyses,IR spectra and fluorescence spectrum(the influence of two kinds of ligands to the same center, the fluorescence intensity of different ions in the same ligand and the fluorescence intensity of two collaborative ions in the same ligand).The results of rare earth coordination and coordination polymer showed good thermal stability and improvement in order of5-NO2-H2BDC, caprolactam, DMDAAC polymer; fluorescence intensity of small molecule rare earth coordination is significantly lower than that of polymer coordination; the role of collaborative ions in different systems are different, a group of coordination polymer with good fluorescence are synthesised and characterized and the fluorescence improve in order of5-NO2-H2BDC, caprolactam, DMDAAC polymer gradually.The process of low temperature solid phase are simple, high yield, green, energy-saving and non-pollution chemistry, the potential of development and utilization is very optimistic.
