This paper based on the water quality of Sulige gas field different block analysis, studyon the pretreatment of the results of water quality analysis based on Non Methanol Wastewaterand sewage containing Methanol, by comparing several technology field,optimized process forthe block, and put forward suggestions and opinions on the implementation of the process.Theeffects of temperature and methanol content on the sewage treatment effect, and lay thefoundation for the allocation of sewage treatment agent.Secondly, through experimentalcomparison of corrosion and scale inhibitor PHJ-6, PHJ-7, PHJ-8, PHJ-9, PHJ-10and FHZ-Ⅲ in the sewage on the inhibition effect of A3steel plate and to evaluate the corrosion andscale inhibitor FHZ-Ⅲ application effect, clear FHZ-Ⅲas corrosion inhibitor of fieldapplication,its content should be25mg/L~50mg/L;Through the field test and comparison ofthe different sterilization rate of the three different bacteria of TGB, FEB, SRB.Synthesis oftwo kinds of Fungicides on three different bacteria sterilization effect,to determine the dosingconcentration of fungicide and bactericide TH-406site for250mg/L.By the end of the fourthnatural gas processing plant in the field of methanol recovery system controlled daily analysis,summed up the basic conditions of methanol recovery unit,by using the orthogonal designexperiment to solve the problem of power consumption caused by practical work, the effect offeed rate, feed temperature and feed concentration on the change of the distillation system, inorder to make a scientific decision, qualified guarantee stable production, product quality,implementation of the card edge control and operation, reduce the quality of the products ofexcess. to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
