Electric heating oil transportation was developed as a kind of new transportation progress. According to low temperature oil transportation of the single pipeline and circle oil transportation, after oil craft of activated water transportation of double pipelines. With wire across the steel pipe without gaps heating, heat will be conducted from surface insulator to the steel pipe, and made the transportation pipeline’s linearity heating, it is a guarantee for liquid to heating identical and stabile. A model of electrical heating buried pipelines is set up on the basis of considering the effect of ground temperature、soil temperature field、pipeline diameter、operating parameter、properties and other relative factors. The establishment of the electrical heating of buried oil and gas gathering and transportation pipeline physics, mathematical model, finite difference method with a buried pipeline, heating the surrounding temperature field, derived from the buried pipeline, electric heating power, temperature and dielectric tube temperature field of the earth the relationship between the type, produced a computer program to solve power and transmission of electric heating medium temperature distribution. The buried pipeline is an oil pipeline in the way of safety and feasibility are relatively high, on buried pipeline electric heating is of great help to the transportation of crude oil, the traditional heating methods such as steam heating mode has the very big flaw in the economy and practicability, the switch to electric heating wire heating of oil pipeline. Not only has the advantages of convenient operation and economy. In the future, buried pipeline electric heating will be fully applied to each field in oil transportation.
