| Energy and environmental problems have been widely concerned in recent years. As one of the main fuel in China, coal’s reasonable utilization and environmental pollution problem has been attached great importance to every department. Carbon-Hydrogen analyzer is a common instrument used in coal quality analysis, which is widely used in electric power, chemical industry, commodity inspection, coal, oil refining and other departments. Due to the problems of its low degree of automation, heavy data processing and the inconvenience of man-machine exchange, a fully automatic, easier to handle, high cost-effective embedded analyzer has been designed in this paper.The coulomb method principle is used in the detection for both carbon and hydrogen. This paper mainly introduces the design of analyzer’s hardware circuit, stream driver, application programs, etc.Combining the coulomb method principle and the embedded technology, this paper puts forward to a feasible proposal. With S3C6410as the main controller, the hardware design of the Carbon-Hydrogen analyzer introduces the main control board module of ARM minimum system, real time data acquisition module, polarity conversion and voltage regulation control module, etc. In order to realize the integrative design of analyzer, this paper develops the flow driven of both Carbon-Hydrogen analyzer and PWM with WinCE6.0as the system kernel. At the same time, it simplifies the operating system and improves the system performance by methods of cutting, customization and transplantation of WinCE6.0kernel. Based on WinCE6.0platform, the application program design achieves a friendly man-machine exchange. The application software mainly includes humanized UI interface, the communication between application layer and driver layer, temperature collection and alarm, data processing, error handling, embedded SQLite database management, etc.After researches and experiments, the embedded Carbon-Hydrogen analyzer designed in this paper has the characteristics of miniaturization, integration, intellectualization, etc. In terms of accuracy, repeatability, stability and data processing, it has greatly improved. This analyzer has achieved a fully automated measurement and basically met the industry measuring needs of coal, chemical, etc. |
