Based on the engineering geological conditions of the second horizontal shaft station of Panji No.l mine in Huainan, and from the status quo of support questions of shaft station roadway, by applying the integrated research method of combining theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering practice, it is studied that the failure characteristics and control technology of shaft station roadway in the second level, determining appropriate support scheme to slove the different kinds of questions in production process.Through the collected engineering geological studies, analysising of the roadway lithology of shaft station in the second level, finding roadway deformation conditions,such as serious floor heave, lots of the small fault and so on. Combining with the phenomenon researched its failure characteristics, it was found that the original supporting scheme has not controlled the stability of surrounding rock, so putted forward the treatment scheme for deformation conditions.Simulation study on failure characteristics of the various shaft station roadway in the second level by FLAC3D simulation software, the combined support technology was put forward. Through analysised the grouting reinforcement parameters, the suitable grouting materials and grouting parameters was determined. On this basis, combined with other support experiences, proposed appropriate method of restoration and reinforcement on each partition of the shaft station.Research on the field monitoring data for deformation effect of roadway surrounding rock, it was found that the new scheme of restoration and consolidation controlled the surrounding rock stability, provided technical support for the smooth progress of mining production.
