The Sulfur of coal are mainly included of inorganic sulfur and organic sulfur, the comprise of inorganic sulfur is relatively simple, removaled easily. The structure of organic sulfur is complex, removaled difficultly. Sulfur in high-sulfur coking coal which would make the steel hot-short.sulfur dioxide from the burning of coal could pollute the environment. Removaling sulfur in high sulfur coal has important significance.Analysising the composition and content of Gao Yang coal samples. Providing the data support for the industrial tests of microwave desulfurization.The main research results include:1. sodium hypochlorite as extraction solvent, Using single factor method to investigate effects of solution concentration、 microwave irradiation time、 microwave power、 coal sample grain size、 temperature on the desulfurization efficiency. Determining the best response value of each factor level One by one.The experimental results show that the the best response value of each factor level is sodium hypochlorite concentration:50g/l, microwave irradiation time:3min, microwave power:540W, temperature:100℃,The best coal sample particle size:-0.125mm, desulfurization ratio is14.96%. The coal sample particle size range is-0.125mm, Using the orthogonal experiment of microwave-sodium hypochlorite and analysis to make sure the best optimization state of four factor, the result results show that appearsodium hypochlorite Concentration:65g/l, irradiation time:3min, Microwave Power:540W, temperature:100℃, desulfurization ratio is20.77%.2. ssium permanganate as extraction solvent. The coal sample particle size range is-0.125mm, Using single factor method to investigate effects of solution concentration、 microwave irradiation time、 microwave power、 temperature on the desulfurization ratio. Determining the best response value of each factor level One by one. The experimental results show that the the best response value of each factor level is microwave irradiation time:3min, microwave power:540W, temperature:100℃, ssium permanganate concentration:5g/100ml. desulfurization ratio is33.7%. The coal sample particle size range is-0.125mm, microwave power is540W. Using the orthogonal experiment of microwave-ssium permanganate and analysis to make sure the best optimization state of three factor, the result results show that microwave irradiation time:150s,the ssium permanganate concentration:5.5g/100ml, temperature:100℃.desulfurization ratio is36.04%.3.Sodium Hydroxide as extraction solvent. Removing the inorganic sulfur in Gao-Yang-Mei sample first, the coal sample particle size range is-0.125mm, microwave power is540W. Using single factor method to investigate effects of solution concentration、 microwave irradiation times temperature on the desulfurization ratio, Determining the best response value of each factor level One by one. The experimental results show that the best response value of each factor level is Sodium Hydroxide concentration:300g/1, microwave irradiation time:6min, temperature:120℃(base on the measured temperature by microwave reactor) desulfurization ratio is5.35%.4. Analysising the sulfur component types of coal by XPS.mercaptan, thioether is the better for removal sulfur, Thiophenes is diffficult.
