| With the development of social economy, there is an increasing demand for mineral resources. How to mine mineral resources efficiently has become a matter that people thinking, especially underground mining has turned into a problem needs to solve urgently. In the underground mining, speed of the construction of roadway directly affects the efficiency of mineral resources exploitation, since it’s engineering amount occupies about70%of the total. In mine engineering, Most of tunneling use blasting method. So it is necessary to study blasting method of tunneling.The paper taking how to use super deep hole drilling and blasting in vertical shaft project to quicken the drivage speed and reduce the over-under-excavated as the research object studies through theoretical analysis and field test. First of all, rock breaking mechanism and the principle of smooth blasting are studied, factors affecting blasting effect are analyzed systematically, and theory radiuses of crushing zone and fracture zone in the process of rock blasting are concluded on the basis of the theory of rock fracture and detonation.Then the paper studies the important parameters in mine blasting, and summarizes the way of theoretical calculation and selection principle of cut way. Finally on the basis of above theoretical studies, and combines with the construction problems on site, the cutting test and peripheral hole interval charge test are done, blasting scheme of the joint fracture section is designed, and achieves the some results.The results provide some valuable references for the next similar project construction.1. Ultra-deep hole smooth blasting used in vertical shaft construction, can increase in scale, speed up the construction’s progress, reduce the support’s difficulty and cost.2. Second order single cone cut is more conducive to the formation of the cut cavity than first order cut and second order double cylinder cut, and can provide better free surface for subsequent blasting.3. In the case of total number of holes are unchanged basically, reducing auxiliary holes’number and increase the number of cut holes help improve blasting effect.4. Hole-bottom water broken charge can make explosives distributed equally, reduce the orifice chunk and eliminate "roots" at the bottom of the hole, reduce broken charge’s costs, improve the effect of smooth blasting.5. At development section of the joint fissure, blasting design should adjust the blasting parameters according to the joint development in order to achieve better blasting effect.6. Under the condition of invariable in drilling machinery, changing the anti-jam device (using homemade anti-jam device), can effectively reduce drilling time, increase the drivage efficiency.7. Explosion-proof steel mould can effectively reduce the blasting damage to steel mould, reduce costs, speed up the advance of drivage. |
